Acceptance of terms
By using IVDmap you agree to these Terms of Use and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the platform. If you use the platform on behalf of an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.
Platform purpose
IVDmap provides product discovery, supplier intelligence, and procurement matching for in vitro diagnostics professionals. Content on the platform — including catalogs, test guides, glossary entries, and comparison tools — is provided for professional information purposes. It supports, but does not replace, independent evaluation, regulatory judgment, and medical advice. The platform facilitates introductions between buyers and suppliers but does not itself buy, sell, or take possession of any product. Features may change as the catalog and tooling evolve.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide, for keeping your credentials confidential, and for activity carried out under your account. Professional contact details should be accurate and belong to the submitting organization. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized access to your account.
Prohibited use
You may not scrape, harvest, or bulk-download platform content; misuse inquiry or RFQ channels for unsolicited marketing; misrepresent your identity, organization, or intent; or interfere with platform security or availability. Automated access is permitted only through officially provided interfaces.
RFQ and inquiry routing
When you submit an RFQ or inquiry, IVDmap routes it to a maximum of three suppliers whose catalog appears to match your requirements. You agree to provide accurate requirement and contact details so that matching remains meaningful. Suppliers respond to you directly; IVDmap is not a party to any resulting negotiation, contract, sale, shipment, or support obligation.
Intellectual property
The platform, its software, catalog structure, curated data, and editorial content are owned by IVDmap or its licensors. Supplier names, product names, and registered marks belong to their respective owners. You may reference platform content internally in your procurement work, but you may not republish or resell it without written permission.
Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The platform is provided on an 'as is' basis, without warranties of completeness, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability, to the fullest extent permitted by law. IVDmap is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for losses arising from supplier responses, product performance, or procurement decisions. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing terms
These terms, together with the Privacy Policy, form the entire agreement between you and IVDmap regarding the platform and prevail over any conflicting terms you submit. We may update these terms; continued use after publication of changes constitutes acceptance.
